Some customers have informed us that they have received information from Intermediate Distributors that FARMALABOR "would block orders".
This information has no basis.

We want to specify to all our customers that any "block" (and consequent non-fulfillment) of orders in micro-distribution (with delivery through the Intermediate Distributor) is communicated by the Distributor to FARMALABOR on a daily basis (FARMALABOR receives the information from the Distributors on "active" customers and the Distributors themselves manage any "blocks" themselves).

We remind you that for emergencies it is always possible to refer to FARMALABOR and agree on the methods for direct delivery.
